After completing his Postgraduate Certificate in Education, he taught Spanish and English in secondary schools in England for 6 years. He then moved to the USA, where he works for Transparent Language while supporting a large language learning community through the Transparent Spanish and English Facebook pages.
Transparent Connect uses a combination of technology and personal instruction to deliver a complete Spanish learning experience. This blended learning approach ensures your success and maximizes the return on your investment of time and money. By the end of the course, you will have acquired a solid foundation in the vocabulary, grammar, and cultural background of the Spanish language.
An experienced Spanish teacher will deliver 18 hours of comprehensive lessons over 6 weeks. Each lesson covers:
Lessons are held twice per week in an online classroom and will be recorded and archived for additional review or make-ups of missed sessions. These lessons are not one-way lectures broadcast to a large audience; they are highly engaging, participatory classes. You will get to know your teacher, and more important, your teacher will get to know you.
Your teacher will review your progress, set additional assignments for you, and answer any questions about the course and the Spanish language. You will receive feedback throughout the course, so that you know what areas or skills you need to improve and how.

Our online learning system takes a practical approach, so that you are always focusing on the next most useful language concepts and activities.
